We’re looking for energetic, passionate non-native and fluent English teachers to join our team working with young learners (ages 3–16) in kindergartens and training centers. If you love kids, bring positive energy, and are ready for a rewarding challenge — this is for you!

What You Bring:

✅ Fluent English — clear, natural communication skills

✅ Recognized EFL qualification (TEFL / TESOL / CELTA / DELTA)

✅ University degree (B.A. or above) — degree must be in English or Education

✅ No criminal record

✅ A strong recommendation letter from a previous employer

✅ Teaching experience preferred — but not essential! We train the right people

✅ Outgoing, enthusiastic, positive, sociable, hard-working, patient, and professional

✅ Love working with young learners and looking for a meaningful challenge

💰 Salary: 8,000–9,000 RMB/month (negotiable based on experience & qualifications)

Teaching Load: 20 teaching hours/week — paid overtime available

Work Settings:

🏫 Kindergarten

· Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day

· Classroom teacher: lead English classes + serve as one of the head teachers

· Responsible for students’ daily life and learning in the kindergarten

📚 Training Center

· 1–2 days off during weekdays

· Weekday schedule: 2 PM – 8 PM

· Weekend/holiday schedule: 8:30/9 AM – 6/7 PM

· Teach English classes to different age groups — same curriculum, same high-energy approach
